How do I place a custom order?

You can place a custom order by contacting us directly through our website or email. We'll work with you to create the perfect design for your team within your budget.

What materials do you use for the bows?

We use high-quality ribbon, glitter vinyl and Korean crystal rhinestones in a large variety of colours.  We ensure durable and stunning bows!

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we offer international shipping. All regular shipments are through Canada Post expedited services. Please contact us for more information and shipping rates to your location. 

How long does a custom order take?

Depending on the time of year a team order can take anywhere from 2-10 weeks.  It's best to get your orders secured as soon as possible to avoid rush orders. Early design prep is also helpful so we are ready to go when your final numbers are in!

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept etransfers, cheque, cash and all major credit cards via Square or PayPal.  Please note, PayPal payments incur a 3% service charge.
