How do I place a custom order?

You can place a custom order by contacting us directly through our website or email. We'll work with you to create the perfect design for your team within your budget.

What materials do you use for the bows?

We use high-quality offray ribbon, double faced satin, glitter vinyl and Korean crystal rhinestones in a large variety of colours and sizes.  We ensure durable and stunning bows that stand out!

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes, we offer international shipping. All regular shipments are through Canada Post expedited services. Please contact us for more information and shipping rates to your location. 

How long does a custom order take?

Depending on the time of year a team order can take anywhere from 2-12 weeks.  It's best to get your orders secured by AUGUST avoid rush orders. Early design prep is essential, so we are ready to go with your final design when your team numbers are in! JUNE/JULY is a great time to get your design vision ready so once you have solid numbers we are ready to go! 

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept etransfers, cheque, cash and all major credit cards via Stripe or PayPal.
